About Me
I am a Ph.D. student in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Carnegie Mellon University.
Before joining CMU, I completed my undergraduate studies at Tsinghua University with dual degrees: a B.S. in Mathematics and Physics and a B.E. in Microelectronics Science and Engineering.
During my undergraduate years, I worked with Prof. Zhiru Zhang at the Computer Systems Laboratory of Cornell University, Prof. Bowen Zhou and Dr. Youbang Sun at the Center for Collaborative & Conversational Intelligence, Tsinghua University, and Prof. Shuwen Deng at the THU HAS Lab.
Research Interests
My research interests include MLSys, AI infrastructure, and high-performance computing.
My academic focus centers on hardware-software co-design for heterogeneous computing, with a particular emphasis on GPU system optimization. I am drawn to build general-purpose, high-performance systems that democratize efficiency for AI models and scientific discovery (e.g., bioinformatics).
